The Trust is registered in India as a Charitable Organisation and is active in the twin cities of Secunderabad and Hyderabad of Andhra Pradesh State. Trust is ably managed by a group of caring and enthusiastic intellectuals. They come from various walks of life. Indian donors to the Trust can claim tax rebate and avail of the 80G benefit. Application has been made to Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India for registration of the Trust under Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 1976. This will enable the Trust to accept donations in foreign currencies.
